Happy gift-giving season! We’re here to help you out by putting together a gift guide to help you get locally-sourced gifts for everyone on your list. We have recommendations for some great goodies to grab from the markets, and we've thrown in a few other ideas that you can source from some of our favorite local businesses to accompany your farmers market goodies. After writing about charcuterie lovers in our gift guide last year, it only felt natural to include a gift guide item about the charcuterie board’s trending cousin: the butter board. If you don’t know what a butter board is, we will paint you a picture: it is essentially a wooden cutting board smeared with high-quality butter and sprinkled with the toppings of your choice. You accompany it with a fresh loaf of bread for scraping up the butter.

The Budding Foodie
