Seattle's Soup Queen Caroline Wright
Caroline learned the importance of community and soup while fighting an aggressive form of cancer. She has since then devoted herself to nourishing and caring for others with the best remedy she could find, cooking with her community. You can taste how carefully and joyfully crafted her soups are. Always simple and fresh, Caroline’s soups are a market staple. If you want to adopt better diet habits this year, definitely chat with Caroline about her recipes. She often hands them out for free but you can always buy one of her books too.
