Jonboy Caramels has an immediate opening for an energetic, motivated salesperson to sell our locally made caramels at weekend Seattle farmers markets and events through the Holiday season. If you love the farmers markets, the holiday market environment, and are a people person, this could be a great position. Applicant must have their own reliable transportation (midsized car or larger) to transport market setup. Compensation is $23 / hour plus potential sales bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and 1 box of caramels to trade with other market vendors per market. Duties include: Loading up market setup at beginning of day -Setting up booth at market -Interacting with customers and educating them on our product -Keeping log of sales and handling bank till -Breaking down booth and return to home base. Ideally, we would like someone to cover Saturdays and the occasional Sunday from now through the end of December. This position is Part-time. Shift schedule: approx 7am-3pm.
