Vendor Recipes: Sean and Sheri’s Simple Sweet Potatoes
Total time: 1 hour 20 mins. Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 sweet potatoes from Edler Family Farms 
- Butter 
- Brown sugar 
- Preheat your oven to 400 and rinse your sweet potatoes. 
- Use a fork to poke holes into the potato. Poke it just enough to allow the steam to escape while baking. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- Let the sweet potatoes bake for an hour and 15 minutes. When you take them out of the oven, you should be able to easily poke through with a fork to the soft, fluffy insides. 
- Cut the potatoes in half and add a small pat of butter to each half. Sprinkle with brown sugar and use a fork to fluff the insides. 
- Serve and enjoy!
