“We are a small, wholly native-owned business dedicated to living healthy and sharing that health with our community. We harvest wild foods direct from mother earth and bring them right to you, for the freshest, most wholesome experience.”

If you're searching for some of the most fresh, sustainably caught salmon around, look no further than Fisherman William Spoonhunter's catch at Indian Candy. He and his team catch fresh fish only a day or two before arriving at market. Their crave-worthy alder smoked Chinook king salmon pairs perfectly with a spicy arugula salad or bagel and is a delicious snack on its own. Indian Candy is a small, native-owned and family run business dedicated to their community, health, and the longevity of the salmon populations they harvest from.

There is a long history of fishing the Columbia River at Indian Candy, one that spans generations. Fisherman William Spoonhunter continues to catch and process salmon using the same methods his ancestors did for hundreds of years, with a mindfulness of the planet and local ecosystem.

“The spirit of the Salmon is honored as one of the sacred foods, and the utmost care and respect is taken in the handling of our Salmon.”
