In celebration of Seattle Restaurant Week, our farmers markets are hosting free cooking classes by some of Seattle's best chefs!

 Sunday, April 12 is Chef Abby Canfield of Agrodolce

Demo: Spring Bruschetta with radishes and chickpeas and fresh herbs

Chef Canfield says: “I love shopping at the markets, in the spring especially. There is an excitement and feeling of new life in the air. Everyone is sprouting out of their winter shells, happy to have survived the down season. The variety of produce that becomes available right after winter is a welcome treat after the root vegetables and hearty greens of winter in Washington. My favorites are the raabs, spring onions, and radishes.”
