In celebration of Seattle Restaurant Week, our farmers markets are hosting free cooking classes by some of Seattle's best chefs!
Saturday, April 4 is Chef Frankie Cannata-Bown of Pair at U-District
Demo: artisan bread (Tall Grass Bakery), gruyere, pickled spring onion, local apple & radish slaw, market micro greens.
Chef Cannata Brown says: "The University District Farmer's Market is a wonderfully curated public space that connects people to the source of their food in a way unlike any other market. I often stop by the market before service on Saturdays, just to be around all the beautiful product. It's humbling, inspiring and relaxing before a busy Saturday night"
