Whether you are opening or expanding your restaurant or mobile food business or looking to wholesale your food products or looking to get into farmers markets, the City of Seattle's Office of Economic Development’s Restaurant Success program has organized a business fair where you will have an opportunity to connect directly with the government agencies who process and issue your permits and licenses as well as connect with other food business specific resources to help you operate your business.

Some of the agencies and service providers who will be present include:

  • Public Health – Seattle & King County (PHSKC)

  • Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI)

  • Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT)

  • Seattle Finance and Administrative Services (FAS)

  • Seattle Neighborhood Farmers Markets (NFM)

  • Seattle Public Utilities (SPU)

  • Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA)

  • Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB)

  • Ventures Nonprofit

If you are wondering about the requirements and regulations for your food business or wanting to learn more about selecting a location or curious about other resources available for your food business, bring your questions to this roadshow and come meet some of the government agencies and service providers in person.
