Can You Can It? Carrots

Canned carrots can come in handy for soups and side dishes alike. By putting in the work to prep and can your carrots far in advance, you will save yourself lots of time when it comes to actual cooking.  

We would recommend pressure canning carrots as opposed to pickling them, if you want to use them in a variety of recipes. If you want to go the pickling route, you can totally use the carrots as a garnish for salads, sandwiches, and even cocktails!
